TOURNAMENTS

From pairings to the first tee in about ten minutes.

Club events live on the desk — not mixed into weekend leagues. Create the event, pair the field, print the carts, and open registration with a link.

Formats that match the day

Stroke play, scramble, or Stableford. Gross, traditional WHS, or Edge Index.

Public registration

Name, email, optional handicap. Entry fee and a field cap. Waitlist when it’s full.

Pairings at the counter

Auto-pair into foursomes, drop in guests, set tee times and start holes, then save.

Shotgun or split nines

Every hole, or the field split to 1 and 10. Optionally block that window on the tee sheet.

Flights A / B / C

Split the field for the board without changing how they score.

Print a pack, tape a card to the cart, and they are in. No App Store trip. GPS stays in the Stix app if they already have it.

Hole by hole for the group. No account. The starter can lock a card when they come in.

Gross, net, or who’s on which hole. Updates every ten seconds. Built for the TV.

On tee, on course, slow, not out. Check the card. Unlock if you need a fix.

Email the field

Pairings with start holes, a weather-delay template, or open their mail app. Stix can send when email is connected.

TEE SHEET

The daily book — public link, walk-ups, dynamic prices.

Set first tee, last tee, and the interval. Open a fourteen-day book. Golfers pick a time in the browser. You can still write a name on the sheet at the window.

Name, course, book URL, first and last tee, interval. About ten minutes, once.

Dynamic prices

Twilight, weekend, member, 9-hole, and yield when the book is empty inside 48 hours.

Walk-up at the window

Public, member, or replay. Book unpaid, take payment, or block the time.

Hold the sheet for events

Block a window for a tournament so online bookers can’t take those times.

No-show and refund

Mark a no-show, release a time, or refund a card payment and open the slot.

COUNTER

Tickets, tap, cash, closeout. Money stays with the club.

Connect Stripe once. Online books can charge a card when they reserve, or pay at the course. Walk-ups and shop extras ring on a ticket. Day closeout downloads a CSV.
