Stix is a golf GPS, scoring, and live-events app for iPhone. For help with an account, a live round, or the website, email support@golfstix.net.

Include your Apple ID email or the email on the Stix account, and what you were doing when it went wrong (course, event name, or a screenshot helps).

Common fixes
- GPS or distances missing. On the iPhone go to Settings → Stix → Location, and allow While Using or Always during a live round.
- Impact detection off. Settings → Stix → Microphone. Audio is analyzed on the phone; raw recordings are not stored.
- Invite link didn’t open the round. Install Stix from the App Store, then open the link again.
- Delete your account. In the app open Profile, then tap Delete Account. You can also email us and we will do it.
Lifetime 75
The first 75 golfers who post a 9-hole round get Pro for life. If you think you qualified and Pro did not unlock, email us with the round date and course.
